1. PURPOSE
These general conditions of sale (hereinafter "General Conditions") regulate the on-line sale of the products offered to the public by VIAFACTORY, S.L. under the brand and name MYOUTLET.ONLINE (hereinafter "MYOUTLET.ONLINE") through the virtual store available in the url www.myoutlet.online and that lead to generate an order (hereinafter "Purchase Order").
2. ADHERENCE TO THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
Generating a Purchase Order expresses full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions, as indicated in the box "I accept the General Conditions" of the Purchase Order.
3. ORDERS
Purchase Orders may be generated through the Internet through the url www.myoutlet.online, and must be correctly filled with all the data required for the unequivocal identification of the author/s of the purchase. Additionally, they can be made by telephone through our customer service telephone number available on this website.
Once received a Purchase Order, MYOUTLET.ONLINE will send to your e-mail, a Confirmation of the Purchase Order and the steps to follow to pay this purchase, whose conditions of purchase-sale are included in this page.
Please note that the Purchase Order and Customer Registration process, records the IP addresses of the Internet connection from which they are carried out. The IP address allows us to use it as judicial proof in case of possible fraud by a bad use of credit cards and/or false orders.
Depending on whether or not the requested products are available in stock, our staff will inform you of the expected delivery date or any change that may occur with respect to the original specifications of the product, being able to cancel your Purchase Order if you wish. In the event that one or more of the products of the Purchase Order, can not be available for reasons of force majeure, MYOUTLET.ONLINE may cancel the order prior notice to the customer and refund the amount if it has been paid.
Similarly MYOUTLET.ONLINE reserves the right to ensure the quality of service, the right not to attend to an order if it considers that any of the data of the purchase order and / or buyer, identification data, form of payment or any other nature are fraudulent, erroneous or incomplete.
4. FORM OF PAYMENT
The price of the Products includes the VAT of 21% legal in Spain and will be paid by the method selected by the customer among those available at that time and will be shown on screen. The forms of payment usually available are:
1/ Payment by credit card
Through the TPV of the bank that our system selects in each case, which guarantees confidentiality and secure connection as a guarantee of payment.
2/ PayPal
Through Paypal, which also guarantees confidentiality and secure connection as a guarantee of payment. If you select this form of payment is possible that the system increases the price by adding a commission due to the high commissions charged by Paypal to the seller and to ensure the best service and guarantees offered by this means of payment.
5. ISSUANCE OF THE INVOICE
At the end of the economic transaction and delivery of the product, our company will issue the invoice for your purchase, breaking down the VAT and shipping costs.
By default the price shown includes 21% VAT.
If it is the case of issuing an invoice with VAT, the price of the product will not be reduced and the invoice will be issued with that final price as a net amount and 0% VAT.
If it were the case to issue an invoice with VAT from another country, the identifying data of our company will reflect the corresponding VAT. The final price will be the same as the one shown on the screen, breaking down the corresponding VAT accordingly.
6. DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT

7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELIVERY
MYOUTLET.ONLINE will be released from compliance with their delivery obligations and disclaims all liability in this regard in the event of:
a/ Total or partial non-payment by the Customer accompanying the Purchase Order.
b/ Omission or inaccuracy of the information that, in accordance with Clause 3 above, must be provided by the Customer in the Purchase Order at the time of placing the order.
8. RIGHT OF REVOCATION
The right of revocation of the order and its procedure is reflected in the "Returns" section of this website.
9. WARRANTY
All products offered by myoutlet.online are subject to applicable manufacturing warranties.
In the event of a defective product, myoutlet.online will repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, which will be free of charge for the buyer.
The seller will be liable for any lack of conformity that occurs within two years of delivery. The consumer user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
The guarantee of the products is excluded if they have received, once delivered to the customer, any deterioration due to external events, accidents, etc. or if they are damaged or due to misuse or improper use.
myoutlet.online does not guarantee products or services that have been sold by third parties.
In order to exercise the right of guarantee, you must contact us beforehand and inform us of the manufacturing defect, indicating the order number.
Our customer service team will indicate the postal address where the defective product must be delivered, always in its original packaging and with the total contents, including accessories, warranties and manuals.
The costs of shipping and transport of the defective product for verification will always be borne by the buyer.
In case of a manufacturing defect, the product will be repaired or replaced by an equal one.
The cost of shipping the product remedied the defect will be borne by MYOUTLET.ONLINE
If the product is not a manufacturing defect, it shall be made available to the customer at the postal address to which it has been previously sent for checking, for removal, in person or by a transport agency determined by the customer.
In no case will myoutlet.online assume the costs of sending the product to the customer, in this case.

13. APPLICABLE LAW
These General Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.
In the event of any discrepancy or claim between the parties regarding compliance with or the content of these Terms of Use, the parties agree to submit the decision of the matter raised to the competent Courts and Tribunals in accordance with applicable law.
